Here’s the recording of my interview with Esther Van Toledo:

Jill Whalen interviews Esther van Toledo, founder of “Leadership of the Heart,” on what it takes to be a heart-driven leader, and how becoming one has the ability to transform businesses and organizations of all types and sizes.

During this free online event, Esther will answer such questions as:

  • What is a heart-driven leader?
  • How is being heart-driven different from authenticity?
  • Why is it so important today to have heart-driven leaders running departments and companies?
  • What does it take to become a heart-driven leader?
  • What is “Somatic Intelligence” and how does it fit in?
  • How can even small businesses benefit from this approach?

Along with Jill’s questions, live call participants will have a chance to ask their questions about heart-centered leadership as well.

About Esther van Toledo:
Esther van ToledoWith an MBA and a background in business working for Coca Cola as a sales and marketing manager, at some point Esther felt a gnawing feeling from deep within that she couldn’t shake. Finally, in 2005 she burned out completely and without a safety net, quit her job at Coke. The money, VIP parties and status were simply no longer making her happy. She decided to take a long trip by herself, during which she learned more than she ever would have imagined about herself and her relationships. She also found herself coaching business people whom she met, and money seemed to just naturally flow in. All of which planted the seeds for her becoming a business coach. She learned that synchronicity and the heart are inevitably tied together, which lead her to create her company “Leadership of the Heart” 7 years ago. Within that framework, Esther uses her unique approach called “Somatic Intelligence” to help business leaders “connect their head with their heart.” Once that connection made, their leadership potential grows immeasurably and positive transformations within their companies can’t help but occur.
