The ScreamAnxiety permeates our lives, often without us even knowing it. Fear stops us from being at our best. To feel better, we try to soothe ourselves through a variety of means. Some are relatively harmless such as watching hours of mindless TV, scrolling through Facebook, and escaping through our work. Others may be more harmful such as self medicating through alcohol or drugs. However, every behavior pattern we find ourselves in–even seemingly unrelated ones like overspending, needy relationships and gambling–can often be traced back to anxiety.

The bottom line is that we innocently get caught up in destructive patterns because they temporarily make us feel better. While we’re in the midst of them, we are able to ignore, or simply don’t notice the anxious stream of thoughts constantly floating through our minds.

Unfortunately, while we may have unconsciously set out to escape scary thoughts, after a while, life can start to spiral out of control. Until one day we wake up and barely recognize the person we’ve become. We’re paralyzed with inaction and the behaviors that made us feel better, now make us feel worse. This creates even more anxiousness. Now we have to worry about really big stuff such as our failing health, our finances and/or relationships.

What if there was a way of seeing life differently so that we didn’t need our old soothing behaviors?

What if there was a simple, yet profound understanding of how life truly works that could ease our minds?

What if just by having this understanding at a deep level, our anxiety would start to evaporate on its own?

While this sounds pretty lofty, there is such an understanding. One in which there’s nothing to do but have an “Aha Moment.”

If it’s true–(and it is)–we’re home free.

Join us for a no cost, no strings, no nonsense talk on where your anxiety comes from and how it can be eliminated.
